Liam is a multi-faceted and qualified musician, dedicated to igniting a passion for music in the next generation. Liam is a professional, energetic, and engaging instructor with over six years of experience as a private music tutor and more than 13 years of training in various musical disciplines.
Liam's musical journey began with seven years as a Violin student, studying the Suzuki method before transitioning to guitar. He has been playing the guitar for over 10 years and has established himself as a respected player, teacher, and member of the New Zealand music industry.
He holds multiple Certificates in Music Performance from the London College of Music, having completed his Grade 8 in Electric Guitar in late 2019. Recently, he expanded his expertise beyond guitar, completing his Grade 8 in Bass Guitar in mid-2022. Additionally, Liam is a self-taught drummer and producer, actively involved in several nationally recognised projects.

Liam's philosophy centers on inspiring and transforming students through music education. He believes in a dynamic, engaging approach that combines a solid technical foundation with creativity and self-expression. Understanding that each student is unique, Liam tailors his teaching to individual needs, offering a well-rounded education that includes multiple instruments and genres.
