Not Your Average Music School.
ŌCSM partners with independent contractor tutors who want flexible, meaningful teaching opportunities without needing to build and manage an entire student base themselves. You choose the availability you offer and the work you accept, while we provide the students, school placements, systems and support around your teaching.
Fair, equitable rates
Transparent contractor pay
Our teaching rates are consistent across the team and based on the student’s pathway, lesson length and programme. Tutors providing the same type of lesson receive the same rate, removing the need for individual pay negotiation.

Student-led learning
Shape lessons around each student’s interests, goals and learning needs. We provide clear pathways, expectations and resources without forcing tutors to follow rigid scripts or one-size-fits-all lesson plans.
Support behind the scenes
Less administration
ŌCSM manages enrolments, scheduling, invoicing and general family communication. You can focus on delivering strong lessons while still retaining the independence and flexibility of working as a contractor.
